As Business Manager, Johanna manages the Business Operations Unit and co-manages the PIC Formation Unit. Johanna began her career in the PIC Management industry in 2004.

Merilee Edwards

As Senior PIC Manager, Merilee manages the PIC Management Unit for small PICs and co-manages the PIC Formation Unit. Merilee began her career in the PIC Management industry in 2000. Prior to that, she was a Staff Accountant at a financial audit firm. Merilee has a BS degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University.

Luis Filipe

As Vice President, Luis manages the PIC Management Unit for traditional PICs and co-manages the PIC Formation Unit. Luis began his career in the PIC Management industry in 1997. Prior to that, he was a Controller at AGR Nafta, Ltd. Luis received a BA from York University and obtained the Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 1996.

Yvonne Lollar

As Underwriting Manager, Yvonne manages the Underwriting Unit, Claims Unit, and co-manages the PIC Formation Unit. Yvonne began her career in the PIC Management industry in 2008. She has a BA from Youngstown State University.
